Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Way2API platform, APIs, and related services ("Service") provided by YOFLIC India Private Limited ("YOFLIC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

API Usage Agreement

By registering for an API key, you agree to use our APIs solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your API key to third parties without authorisation
• Use the APIs to build competing products or services
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Use the APIs for illegal activities, spam, or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Access or attempt to access other users' data or accounts

Service Level Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party service failures, or government actions.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

API usage is subject to rate limits applied to your account. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

Payment & Billing

The Service is provided on a prepaid, pay-per-request basis. You add credits to your account balance in advance, and each billable API call is deducted from that balance at the per-request rate published on our pricing page. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or minimum commitment. Rates for some APIs are shown only after you sign in. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice, with changes applying to credits purchased after that period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Free Trial Credits

New accounts receive complimentary trial credits on selected APIs so you can evaluate them before purchasing. The number of free requests is set individually per API and is shown on our pricing page. Not every API includes trial credits, and the allowance is a fixed grant set per API rather than a recurring monthly allocation. Trial credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be varied or withdrawn for future accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Way2API are owned by YOFLIC India Private Limited. You retain ownership of any data you send through our APIs. We do not claim ownership of your request or response data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOFLIC India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
